Michelle Silvia is the Principal of the Albert F. Ford Middle School.  Prior to this role, Mrs. Silvia was an Assistant Principal at the Ford Middle School in Acushnet. 

As the Principal of the Ford Middle School, Mrs. Silvia has the privilege of leading many talented teachers and students.  Her goal is to provide a supportive climate and culture that is conducive to teaching and learning.

Michelle has taught Spanish at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.  She received her bachelors from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and her masters from Fitchburg State University

Doria Bryant is the Assistant Principal at Ford Middle School. Ms. Bryant was an English Language Arts teacher and acting Vice-Principal at Keith Middle School in New Bedford for over twenty years. She also worked at Nazarene Christian Academy in New Bedford.

As the Assistant Principal at Ford Middle School, Ms. Bryant’s responsibilities are a mix of supporting the students and the teachers, while also overseeing curriculum and discipline.

Ms. Bryant is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth where she received both her Bachelors and Masters degrees.
